Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Freshly roasted coffee may require additional resting time to ensure optimal quality before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship from Montréal, Québec using Canada Post and trusted local carriers. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from:

2–5 business days within Québec and Ontario

Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and chosen delivery method. Free or discounted shipping promotions may be offered periodically.

Packaging

All coffee is shipped in protective, eco-friendly packaging to ensure freshness and prevent damage.
Orders containing 1–2 bags are packed in right-sized boxes or mailers; larger orders use reinforced corrugated packaging.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
For delivery issues (lost, delayed, or damaged shipments), please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Returns Due to Delivery Failure

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up, we can reship the order at your expense.

Returns & Refunds for Shipped Items

For health and safety reasons, opened coffee bags are non-returnable.
We accept returns only when the coffee bag is completely unopened or when the wrong product was delivered.
Refunds for quality issues (damaged bags, sealing defects, or freshness concerns) are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

All refunds are issued only to the original method of payment.
